Highlights

Tishk International University hosted Global Shapers- Erbil Hub with Malala Fund for a training and workshop for young women between the ages of 13-20 on July11th, 2017. Two main agenda were discussed in workshop: Youth Empowerment and Leadership and Public Health. The program ended by small group discussions which were supervised by experts while Malala were joining to each group individually. At the end of the day, Malala's 20th birthday was celebrated with local girls. It was a pleasure to have Malala's positive impact on local girls. Salahaddin University and Tishk International Universities agreed on the establishment of joint masters programs and approved the below-mentioned program regulations on by June 13th, 2017. Fatih Cura Dean of Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics and Krishna Surar Chith Navulur Head of Accounting Department successfully completed their staff exchange program visited University of Kelaniya, Srilakna and met Vice-Chancellor Professor D. M. Semasinghe on May 8th, 2017 at the Office of the Vice Chancellor. They were warmly welcomed by Professor D. M. Semasinghe Vice-Chancellor and Director, International Student Affairs Prof. Neelakshi C. Premawardhena who is main facilitator to make this program successful.
