Tishk International University Sulaimani hosted 2nd Tishk International Public Exhibition Projects (IPEP 2017) for scientific, social and Recycling Projects on April 22, 2017. The aims of the exhibition were to explore the ability of the students, and provide a platform for the students to present their projects and exchange ideas on the developments in the each field of engineering, social, environment and economic. The exhibition was held among only Tishk International students, which provides students had a chance to establish communication with each other in order to discuss their current work as well as to be encouraged in future projects.   [...]

Faculty of Administrative Science and Economics at Tishk International University proudly organized the second “Clean & Love Kurdistan” campaign with the cooperation of Ministry of Municipality and Tourism Presidency of Erbil Municipality under the sponsorship of Parwa Sewing Factory to create public awareness for protecting environment in Kurdistan. The Delegate of Education, Higher Education and Scientific Research from the Kurdistan Parliament visited Tishk International University. They were welcomed by Dr. Idris Hadi Head of Board of Trustees and Prof. Dr. Ahmet Oztas President of Tishk International University. The main agenda of this courtesy visit was to overview how the issues of the university are going; what kind of problems university have been facing with and how the university have overcome these issues so far. Tishk International University has held its Spring Festival under the name of Spring Festival of Language, Culture and Science on April, 12th, 2017 with a large participant. The festival started at 10:30 in the morning with the opening speech of Dr. Idris Hadi Head of Board of Trustees. He stressed the importance of such social and cultural activities as well as giving brief info as to significance of Spring (Bahar) in the culture and history of Kurdistan.
