Tishk International University and Erbil Polytechnic University hosted 3rd International Engineering Conference on Development in Civil & Computer Engineering Applications on February 26 and 27, 2017. The aim of the conference was to disseminate research findings and provide a platform for scholars to debate and exchange ideas on the developments in the field of engineering. The conference proceedings will be indexed by Google Scholar Databases and each paper will have DOI number. Deanery of Students of Tishk International University organized a Football Tournament between the dates of November, 2016 and February 21 , 2017. 34 teams from all departments and staff as well as graduated students participated in the tournament in which all the teams had the great friendship and fair play. On 21 February, the final match was played between Business Grads Students and Law Department students at 14:00 pm.   Consul General of the Netherlands in Erbil Janet Alberda visited Tishk International University for a round-table on Monday, February 20. The Consul General was welcomed by the Vice President Dr. Mehmet Ozdemir, Dean of Law Faculty Dr. Huseyin Cakillikoyak, the Dean of Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economy Fatih Cura, and the Acting Head of IR Department Ibrahim A. Anli.
