Mr. Scott Reese, US Consular Officer in Erbil, visited our university in the purpose of giving a seminar as to upcoming US Elections which is going to be held on Thursday, November 08, 2016. Vice President Dr. Mehmet Ozdemir welcomed Mr. Scott Reese in the Office of President. Students of Tishk International University participated in the KRG Initiative for Internship Program under the management the Deputy Prime Minister Office. The interview for this internship program took place in the office of university presidency. The Adviser of Ministry of Higher Education had an interview with President Öztaş.   As it is known, this program initiates and emphasizes the students' skills in the KRG. The program is also a link of the universities with sectors. Pro Vice Cancellor Prof. Dr. Jamal Rasul M. Ameen, Dean of Medical School Dr. Firya Peryadi, and Director of Quality Assurance & Accreditation Dr. Sherwan Kafoor from the University of Kurdistan (UKH) visited Tishk International University on the 2nd of November, 2016. President Prof. Dr. Ahmet Oztas welcomed UKH’s committee in his office. The main agenda of the meeting was about the collaboration between Tishk International University and University of Kurdistan.
