Highlights

Tishk International University offers a variety of training courses to help the educators improve their vocational skills. Within this context, about 82 teachers registered for a 30-day program in which they will update their current knowledge and improve their critical and analytical thinking abilities concerning English, Mathematics and Science courses, in terms of inspection. Darashukran and Qushtapa refugee camps will host our ELT students for Educational help to the refugees. The project had been lunched last year by Dr. Numan Kanar in the purpose of providing and helping people who are in educational need in the refugee camps. ISHIK University hosted officers of US Embassy and WL representations on 21st of November, 2016. They presented about the IYLEP annual program for undergraduate students and provided the details for further steps such as application requirements to the program. IYLEP seminar brought together variety of students from different departments of Tishk International University who wouldn't have been in the same room on normal basis, in order to achieve one goal which is to learn about this program and apply for it. Tishk International President Prof. Dr. Ahmet Öztaş and on behalf of University of Kurdistan Vice Chancellor Dr. Mohammad Mochtar signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). MoU was signed at Ishık University in Erbil, KRG/Iraq. In accordance with MoU, various co-operations will be performed with University of Kurdistan. Signed memorandum compromises educational and scientific cooperation in order to establish and further promote the bilateral cultural and educational collaboration.
