A delegate from Tishk International University paid a visit to Hayat University. The delegates were composed of Education Faculty Dean Dr. Süleyman Çelik, Director of CEC Hasan Gürbüz, HR Manager and CEC PR Mahir Hiwa. The aim of the visit was to congratulate Mrs. Arazu Zand on her new job at Hayat University. Mrs. Arazu had worked at Tishk International University as an instructor in Continuing Education Center for 3 years. The delegate was welcomed  by Mrs. Arzu and Mr. Isa, instructor in the Department of International Relations. The famous NBA player Enes Kanter signed his basketball uniform for Tishk International University and wished his best of it. Enes Kanter is a Turkish professional basketball player for the Oklahoma City Thunder of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He plays at the center position. Meeting Fezalar Educational Company's General Director Mr. Talip Buyuk, Kanter has sent his greetings and a uniform of him. He has written "My best wishes to Tishk International University" followed by his signature. Kanter was born May 20, 1992, in Zürich, Switzerland, while his father, Mehmet, attained his M.D. from the University of Zurich. Tishk International University signed a protocol with Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. The protocol was signed by Mohamed Qadir M. Hawdyani Minister of Labor and Social Affairs and Tishk International University President Prof. Dr. Ahmet Öztaş. The signing ceremony was held in the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. According to the signed protocol, the Ministry will support Tishk International University's charity clubs’ activities that are dedicated to help people in need. IEC2016 is going to start on Saturday, February 20, 2016. Second International Engineering Conference on Development in Civil & Computer Engineering Applications (IEC2016) will last for two days. The opening ceremony will take place at Erbil Polytechnic University, Administration Technical Institute, Cultural Center of Students. This also includes two keynote addresses.  The 2nd day venue will be at Tishk International University that includes the third keynote address. All the guests are welcomed.
