The Dean of Students organized a Daff concert, held on November 24th, 2021, in Tishk International University’s main campus. The Daff club students truly revealed their great talents during the event and were watched by many students and university staff members. Tishk International University is always keen on promoting the interests of its students and graduates. As many of you may already know, many of our departments are accredited by European agencies. The Faculty of Dentistry at Tishk International University organized an international workshop under the title of “Quicksleeper 5”, held on November 18th, 2021. The workshop invited faculty staff members of TIU and dentists from across the region. The event was supervised and presented by Dr. Stepahne Diaz, Intraosseous Dental Anesthesia Specialist. The purpose of the workshop was to enable participants to understand the painless anesthesia technique, and to teach the participants how to use the painless anesthesia technique and to incorporate it within their clinics and daily practice. A memorandum of scientific understanding was signed by the Tishk International University and the University of Baghdad, President, represented by Prof. Munir Hamid Al-Saadi, President of the University of Baghdad, and Prof. Dr. Idris Hadi Salih, President of TIU. Metabolic Syndrome as a FOEObesity _ Diabetes _ HypertensionThe Medical Analysis Department of the Faculty of Science at Tishk International University has organized a community project titled "Metabolic Syndrome as a Foe". The Deanery of Students organized a tremendous hiking trip to Safin Mountain for all faculties and departments of Tishk International University in which approximately 700 students participated in. The trip took place on Saturday, November 06th, 2021, starting the journey at 8:30 AM.
