On April 12, Engineering Faculty students including Civil, Architecture and Interior Design Departments prepared a fantastic exhibition. The students presented their products and crafts to the visitors among whom Minister Dr. Yusuf Goran, Government Representatives, General Diroctors, SUH President Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Dizayee, Intellectuals and other valuable guests were present. There was an Opening Ceremony of the ICEEE 2015 in the building of Education Faculty and following the ceremony, all guests including Dr. Goran were invited to pay a visit to the exhibition in the main building. Tishk International and Salahaddin Universities organized 2nd International Conference on Ecology, Environment and Energy. The program started with the Welcome Reception in Salahaddin University's Culture Center the day before. On April 12, Opening Ceremony was held in Tishk International 100 Meter Campus. Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Yusuf Goran and Representatives of the Government honored the Conference Hosts with their participation. Spaghetti Competition was held by Civil Engineering Department at Tishk International University. The competition was spectacular between ambitious groups. Ten groups attended the competition, the groups competed between each other according to the heaviest load that can be carried by their spaghetti bridge. The bridge which has the first place carried 78 kg load, the one which has the second place carried 58 kg load, and the one which has third place carried 30 kg. 78 kg has been the national record among these kind of spaghetti competitions in Kurdistan.
