Ranking Web of Universities Achievement
Success continues!!
The webometrics website released the first edition of 2022 for world university rankings. As expected, TIU has achieved 1st place amongst the private universities and 4th amongst the private and public universities in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. According to the previous edition of wold university rankings, TIU ranked 7118. Proudly, the latest edition identifies TIU in the 3934th position. Indeed, Tishk International University has made a great improvement between the Iraqi universities which is ranked in 20th position.
The Webometrics Ranking of World Universities, also known as Ranking Web of Universities, is a ranking system for the world’s universities that aims to promote scientific research as to improve the progress of the scientific and technological level of the country which will contribute to increasing the welfare of the citizens.
This great achievement is due to the hardworking of the TIU staff members. We congratulate everyone and appreciate the efforts done to become the best in the region.
