The primary objectives of the MoU include reinforcing and advancing the collaborative relationship between the universities, facilitating the mobility of faculty, postgraduate students, and undergraduates between the institutions. Moreover, it aims to support research publications and scientific activities such as courses, conferences, and seminars organized by either party. Additionally, the memorandum seeks to endorse short-term academic programs in technical education or online education, joint programs, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
