Welcome Ceremony was held on October 15, 2018, which was organized by the Students Deanery of Tishk International University. The event started at 11:00 am in front of the main building by the national anthem of Kurdistan. Dr. Idris Hadi Salih, Head of Board of Trustees enriched the event by presenting an amazing speech in which he congratulated the students and staff regarding the new academic year, and he reminded some of the essential achievements that are accomplished during the last year.
Top students over the departments are called to the stage to present them the appreciation for their hard effort and as a motivator to the rest of the students. Aivar Luqman, which has highest GPA, made a speech in the name of top students and all other students.
Finally, the cake of this year has been cut by Dr. Idris Hadi and the top students. We as Student Deanery, wish all the success and joyful year to all students and staff of Tishk International University.
