Mercy Corner is an annual humanitarian project of our university that is done each year by our students and staff. This year’s Mercy Corner has been initiated proudly with the cooperation of Dilenwa Organization on November 03, 2019, entitled by Mercy Corner #Rojava, which was dedicated to those displaced people because of the recent situations occurred in western Kurdistan. Dean of Student of Tishk International University held an art exhibition on December 02, 2019 in the entrance of the main building. Portraits were done by our talented students with the supervising of our art instructor under the title of “Talking Pictures”. The ribbon cut by Dr. Idris Hadi, Head of Board of Trustees, Vice Presidents and Deans, the exhibition continued till late of the day students and lectures paid a visit to the portraits during the day. On December 08, 2019, the presidency of Tishk International University (TIU) visited the Erbil governor. The aim of the visit was to congratulate the new governor, Dr. Frsat Sofi which he was recently appointed as the new governor.
