On April 10th and 11th, 2019, the Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics (FASE) of Tishk International University (TIU), and their partners from the University of Szczecin of Poland held the second annual International Conference on Accounting, Business, Economics and Politics (ICABEP 2019). The conference was attended by a large number of local and international researchers and academics. Overall, the Scientific Committee of the Conference received close to 90 abstracts, which are published in the Abstracts Book. FUTURE OF KURDISTAN HIGHER EDUCATION During ICABEP 2019 conference round table discussion “Future of Kurdistan Higher Education” held at Mariana Hotel 11 April 2019 at 18.00. During the round table, experts from different specializations shared their thoughts on Accreditation, Bologna Process, and Quality Assurance issues of Kurdistan Higher Education. Dr. Azad Hama Shekhany, Head of Architecture Engineering Department, Tishk International University, won the best prize for 2019 in an international web-based artistic competition called “Red Line Art Works” among thousands of artists from 40 countries. The red line artwork promotes artists who can be the most inspiring and eloquent voices of their generation, of their communities, and the voices and powerless everywhere. Redline artwork promotes art which focuses on big global issues, big global concerns, big injustices and the problems which these are causing around the world. On April 04, 2019, Tishk International University opened an exhibition for celebrating and welcoming the auspicious arrival of spring, the season of various kinds of flowers. The exhibition reflected this very facet of spring by providing various kinds of spring flowers such as tulips, daffodils, and many other types of flowers.
