Global Engineering Deans Council (GEDC) is centered in USA and have 320 member universities from all around the world. Architecture Engineering and Interior Design organized an Art Exhibition of Tishk International Students on 21st December, 2016. Dr. Edris Hadi Head of Board of Trustees and Prof. Dr. Ahmet Oztas President of Tishk International University opened the Exhibition, cutting of the ribbon. The event led with the help of a group consisted of 6 Research Assistants and 10 volunteer students, and head of Exhibition Committee Siba Kady directed them for the arrangements of the event. Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics (FASE) received representatives from College of Administration and Economics, Salahaddin University, Erbil. Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics (FASE) received 8 representatives from College of Administration and Economics, Salahaddin University, Erbil to make collaboration academically between both universities at faculty level. KRG Initiative for Internship Program under the management the Deputy Prime Minister Office organized the 3rd Certification Ceremony for the student who took place in internship program. The program was held at Sa’ad Abdullah Conference Hall on 15th of December 2016. In the third year program, 320 students from 30 companies were accepted for the internship program that was conducted in 15 universities.   Tishk International University participated in the program with 51 students from 5 different departments having completed internship in five different companies. Student Deanery of Tishk International University hosted “KERMESS” on December 14, 2016 with the help of other faculties and  volunteer students. The organization was held for the Refugee Camps, Orphanage, Peshmarga and Nanakali Hospital. Prof. Dr Ahmet Oztas and the Deans of Faculties commenced the event after ribbon cutting. They paid an enthusiastic visit to the event in which they got very happy to see such charity project. They highly appreciated all of our volunteer students and the committee of the organization.
