Erbil, Kurdistan Region – April 14, 2025 — Tishk International University (TIU) solemnly observed a Remembrance Day and Tree Planting for Peace. This event honored the victims of the Kurdish Genocide, known as the Anfal Genocide. The American University of Beirut – Mediterraneo (AUB Med) hosted this event in Paphos, Cyprus, on April 7, 2025. The conference operated under the Project Innovation Hub (PIH) umbrella.
