On February 23rd, 2023, the Medical Analysis Department of Tishk International University organized a memorial ceremony to honour the memory of our esteemed alumnus, Abdulbasit Ibrahim Hamid, who has recently passed away. The ceremony was attended by the university’s President, Vice President, faculty students and lecturers, who gathered to express their heartfelt condolences and sympathy to Abdulbasit’s family.

Abdulbasit will be remembered for his exceptional qualities of gentleness, hard work, and kindness reflected in his academic and personal life. His absence is a significant loss not only to his family and friends but also to the TIU community, where he had left a lasting impact.

May Allah grant Abdulbasit eternal peace and bless him with the highest place in Jannah.
