2nd Student Graduation Project Competition
Tishk International University successfully organized the Second Student Graduation Project Competition, which was held on June 2, 3, and 4, 2026, at Ibn Sina Hall, Dentistry New Building. The event brought together outstanding graduation projects from various academic departments across the university, highlighting the creativity, innovation, and research capabilities of senior students.
A total of 28 graduation projects were submitted to the competition by fourth- and fifth-year students representing different departments of the university. The primary objective of the competition was to provide students with a platform to present and showcase their graduation projects, encourage academic excellence, and promote innovative solutions to contemporary challenges.
The event commenced with an opening ceremony featuring a welcoming speech by Professor Dr. Sultan Aburabi, President of Tishk International University. The ceremony was attended by Professor Dr. Idris Hadi Saleh, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, along with the Vice Presidents for Academic Affairs and Administrative and Social Affairs, faculty members, students, and guests.
Following the opening ceremony, the submitted projects underwent a comprehensive evaluation process conducted by a specialized jury committee over three working days. The evaluation committee carefully assessed each project according to established academic and innovation criteria to ensure fairness and excellence in the selection process.
At the conclusion of the competition, the three highest-ranked projects were announced and awarded First, Second, and Third Place honors. These outstanding projects will represent Tishk International University at the Arab Union Forum for Student Innovation and Training, which will be hosted by Arab Union Forum for Student Innovation and Training in cooperation with Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, providing students with an opportunity to showcase their achievements at the regional level.
The event concluded with a closing ceremony during which certificates were awarded to the winning teams, participating students, jury members, and organizing committee members in recognition of their valuable contributions and dedication to the success of the competition.
