Tishk International University (TIU) has achieved another significant milestone by being awarded the prestigious International Accreditation Organization (IAO) accreditation, further affirming the university’s commitment to excellence and continuous quality improvement.

The accreditation was granted following a comprehensive audit visit conducted by Dr. Haidar Al-Jialwi, the IAO Auditor. The visit commenced with a meeting with the university’s top management, represented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Idris Hadi, Chair of the Board of Trustees, and Prof. Dr. Sultan Abu-Orabi, President of Tishk International University.

During the opening session, Dr. Idris Hadi delivered an introductory presentation highlighting the university’s vision, mission, strategic objectives, academic achievements, and future plans. He also addressed various strategic and institutional questions raised by the auditor.

The audit process continued with an extensive review of a wide range of university documents, including policies, procedures, records, quality assurance practices, academic and administrative activities, and supporting evidence demonstrating compliance with international standards.

The visit also included a campus tour accompanied by Asst. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Özdemir, Vice President for Academic Affairs. During the tour, Dr. Al-Jialwi visited the university’s educational facilities and infrastructure, including lecture halls, laboratories, clinics, libraries, and other learning resources, gaining firsthand insight into the high-quality environment provided to students and staff.

Based on the outcomes of the audit visit and the successful fulfillment of the accreditation requirements, Tishk International University was officially awarded the IAO Accreditation Certificate.
